Our farmers are our primary and most important business partners, and with constant trust and innovation we are able to give them maximum returns. Our field officers work closely with farmers at each stage of the crop cycle: soil and seed management, fertilizer and insecticide uses, ratoon management, selection of agri inputs, maintaining the proper balance between the early, mid and late ripening varieties and harvesting cycles. We have provided constant support through knowledge sharing of newer processes like multi cropping, and drip irrigation. We work with over one lakh farmers, providing them and their families, an important source of livelihood and sustenance.
We operate over 250 technology-enabled collection centres across almost 500 villages in Western Uttar Pradesh, just an hour outside of Delhi NCR. We provide convenient transportation and logistics to the farms of the partner farmers, so that the agricultural produce that we procure from over 1 lakh farmers can be transported with ease and no added costs for farmers. This service enables farmers to concentrate on their production activities while we take care of the aggregation of their agricultural produce. The agricultural produce is subsequently transferred to the manufacturing and processing units.
Our manufacturing units are integrated processing centres for the agricultural produce being to supplied to us by our farmers. In these units, for example, sugarcane is converted into sugar and is various by products such as ethanol, clean power and agri-inputs. In addition, our manufacturing units also have significant packing and bottling facilities for our entire range of products across the FMCG, Staple Foods, Beverages, Home & Personal care, and Agri-Input categories.
We have various Warehouses, Depots and Distribution Centers in North India (Delhi NCR), East India (Kolkata), West India (Kolhapur) and South India (Bangalore), which support our national network of hundreds of trusted, reliable distributors and super stockists. This extensive distribution infrastructure helps provide our products a pan-India reach across customers in various channels.
Our extensive national retail distribution is done across all channels and therefore, we have established strong relationships with retailers across the General trade, Modern Trade and Online Channels, for our entire range of products. Our GT trade partners are serviced through the extensive web of distribution partners. Our Modern Trade footprint spans across pan India with key partners such as Reliance Retail, Spencers Retail, Max Hypermarkets, Big Bazaar, Metro Cash & Carry, Walmart, Trent Retail, D-Mart, and almost all other major national and regional Modern Trade retailers. Finally, our online and D2C sales are done through online marketplaces such as Amazon, Grofers, Big Basket, 1Mg, Flipkart, PayTm and other such players.
We are one of the largest players in India in the Institutions category, catering nationally to airlines, railways, restaurants, hotels, QSRs and cafe chains offering our entire range of Food, Beverage, FMCG and Home and Personal Care products. Some of the prominent institutional customers include the Taj and Oberoi Groups, Marriott Hotels, CCD, McDonald’s, KFC, Air India, Vistara Airlines, and the Indian Railways. Our Trust sachets are visible in all corners of the country, whether it be on the Shatabdi trains, airports, hotels or tea and coffee chains across India. Similarly, our hand sanitizers and disinfectants are also being supplied to hospitals, airports and other workspaces across India, in addition to the Indian armed forces and the Central, State and Local Governments.
