Mr. Sachida Nand Misra, is B.Sc from Gorakhpur University, A.N.S.I. from National Sugar Institute, Kanpur. He worked in Simbhaoli Sugars Limited (SSL) for about 22 years and has left the Company as GM (Unit Head) and joined as Vice President (Project) at Bajaj Hindustan Ltd. Then, he joined as Executive President as group sugar technologist cum Unit head in Balrampur Chini Mill Group. He re-joined Erstwhile Simbhaoli Sugars Limited in 2013 as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Presently, as the COO, he is responsible forthe operations of the business units, technical supervision, sugarcane management, implementation and achieving business plan and operational policies, and meeting statutory compliances at all the manufacturing units of the Company.
Mr. Dayal Chand Popli, is a commerce graduate and the fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He holds a good track record in the fields of accountancy, taxation, costing and other professional services. He has over 30 years of experience in various accounts related areas. Previously, he has also worked in the Companies like Hero group, Nestle India, DCM Shriram Industries, Mawana Sugars, in accounts, costing and finance department. At present, he is working as CFO of the Company and oversees the Finance, Accounts and Legal Departments of the Company.
Mr. Shubham Kandhway is an accomplished professional currently positioned as the Company Secretary and Head of Compliance & Governance at Simbhaoli Sugars Limited. Boasting a remarkable 15-year career trajectory, he joined the esteemed company in April 2023. In this capacity, he assumes a pivotal role in overseeing the realms of Compliance and Governance, extending his purview to encompass Board matters, Committees, and Shareholders. Beyond his core responsibilities, he lends his expertise to provide holistic support to the business, while maintaining a vigilant stance on Ethics and Compliance. Mr. Kandhway's academic accolades include a CS, LL.B., and an M. Com, with a specialization in Business Policy & Corporate Governance.
Mr. Rajeev Bhatnagar is a Commerce graduate (B. Com (Hons)) and did his LLB with a specialization in Labour Laws from Meerut University. He has also done PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Anamalai University. He is an erudite professional with rich experience of more than 35 years in managing entire gamut of HR and held Senior Management Level assignments in reputed Sugar Companies (Bajaj Hindusthan, DCM Shriram, Agauta Sugar and Mawana Sugar).
Mr. Rajesh Kumar is bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, PG diploma with specialization in Power Plant Engineering and Master of Business Administration and has over 27 years’ experience. He has worked with Simbhaoli for a period of 22 years and was Unit Head of Brijnathpur Distillery. His Previous assignment was with LAHAG Group as Director (Operations).
Mr. Karan Singh is M. Sc (Agriculture), Plant Pathology, with over 42 years of experience in cane development, cane marketing and other work at senior positions and as HOD in leading Private Sugar factories such asCaptainganj (Deoria), Durala and Mawana (Meerut). He has worked as Unit Head with Saraya Sugar Mills, Gorakhpur. He has headed for 3 years the Cane Department of UP State Sugar Corporation and has taken care anddirected themonitoring and supervision of the working of Cane Department of all the 28 Units of Sugar Corporation.
Mr. Parminder Singh is M.Sc (Applied Physics) and Diploma in Computer Applications with 35 years’ experience in I.T., Cane Marketing, Administration at senior positions in reputed Groups (Uttam Sugars, Bajaj Hindustan and Renuka Sugarsat Ethiopia ) .He has worked as head of Cane and Administration for entire Uttam Group for two years.Out of his total experience of 35 years he has been working for 29 years with Simbhaoli Group.
